In the world of "Jersey", David Angul is the big bang: his life, an explosion spewing particles of itself into the chaos of myriad lives; his death, the violent collision of relationships collapsing back onto one another in the aftermath.

Mariam, Shea, and Perry are old friends who have gone their separate ways. But after David's passing, they (among others) are thrust back into one another's lives. Old flames and enmities flare out of control, and it becomes clear just how integral David has been to each of their relationships and lives.

As they struggle to tread water in David's wake, suspicions arise about the legitimacy of his "accidental" death. In an already volatile situation, this uncertainty might just be the final push that sends them over the edge and into a downward spiral of bottomless grief and paranoia.
